How do you handle proofs?

Our Customer Success and Pre-Press teams will provide you with a PDF proof for every job. 

Do you require a hard copy proof? Our team will happily overnight a color accurate proof for your approval. 

What are your art requirements?

Our general requirements are as follows:

  • All files should be complete and the correct size for the product you are ordering.
  • Fonts should be included in your file or sent separately. 
  • Allow 1/8” bleed for commercial work and 3/8” bleed for label work.
  • QuarkXPress, Illustrator, Photoshop, PageMaker, Freehand, and InDesign files are welcome.

How do I get a quote?

New customers are welcome to utilize the Quotes page on our site or reach out to us directly. 

Active customers have the luxury of utilizing a custom portal for RFQs. Additionally, our sales reps take pride in returning customized quotes within the hour.

What Is Your Average Turn Time?

Turn times greatly depend on project specifications and art approval. With that in mind, our turn times for litho jobs are as follows:

  • New Jobs: 5-10 days from receipt of PO. 
  • Reruns: 3-5 days.
